Observer States

Any state party which hasn't been fully fleshed out or do not have enough members to satisfy full membership are observer members, and are still welcome to be a part of the PNC meetings.

Leadership

There is a small team of people whose job it is to facillitate meetings and communication within states, as well as provide a resource for states to go to for information and assistance. Our current team consists of the "Captain", who heads facillitation and acts in limited capacity as the voice of the PNC; the "First Mate" who is the assistant to the captain and fills in for the Captain when he/she is not available; The "Secretary" is in charge of logging meetings, and acts as the cheif librarian of the organization.

Captain

Travis McCrea, raised in North Idaho and registered voter in Kootani County, he serves as a board member of Pirate Parties International, and as a dual citizen serves as the deputy leader of the Pirate Party of Canada.
