This upcoming weekend, the United States Pirate Party will be collaborating with the United States Transhumanist Party.
On Friday December 13th, representatives from the USTP will be joining us for Talk the Plank. Those interested can find that live on our YouTube channel at 8pmET/5pmPT.
On Sunday, December 15th, representatives from the United States Pirate Party will join the Transhumanist Party for a Virtual Enlightenment Salon at 4pmET/1pmPT on USTP Chair Gennady Stolyarov II’s YouTube channel.
Later that same night, at 9pmET/6pmPT, representatives of the United States Transhumanist Party will join us for a Pirate National Committee (PNC) meeting to discuss further collaboration and coalition building.

I’m all in favor of reasonable diplomatic caring copylefting and copyletting. Copyletting is when the copyright owner xor copymod owner lets other being(s) use work(s) without providing written permission to allow so to happen. I think a good stepping stone for the Pirate Parties is to recommend that common language words (such as English for example) can’t be copyrighted nor trademarked, but noncommon derivatives versions, of common language English words, may be copyrighted and/or trademarked; same with numbers.
