Captain Drew Bingaman, during the May 11th meeting, announced he would accept the renomination for Captain and thus will be the incumbent candidate during the 2025 conference.
Speaking of the conference, our 2025 conference “Run for Something!” will take in San Francisco, CA from July 4th-6th. The conference is no longer slated to be hosted aboard the SS Jeremiah O’Brien, but a new venue is expected to be announced in the near future.
From the Illinois Pirate Party website: the ILPP Captain will be speaking at the 50501 Movement’s rally in Quincy, Illinois on May 17th. More information about that can be found here.
From the Massachusetts Pirate Party: the MAPP will be hosting their Spring conference on Sunday, June 15th in the Lavender Room at Arts at the Armory, 191 Highland Ave., Somerville. The conference starts at 10am and ends by 4pm. More information about their Spring conference can be found here.
